​How Do I Place An Order?

Select Any two watches from either our men’s or women’s pages, and add to cart. Once watches are selected proceed to the Cart tab. Confirm all watches being purchased. Select region where order is being placed, and click Checkout.

Payment and Shipping

For the time being INEXWatches.ca will ONLY accept payments via PayPal.

 

INEXWatches.ca will provide FREE ground shipping for every order valued over $100 via selected courier services depending on the order. However, should you return an item; the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Delivery time via Ground can range from 4 to 10 business days. Ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.

For the time being INEXWatches.ca will ONLY accept payments via PayPal. We ship to PayPal Verified accounts with confirmed addresses within Canada, and after payment is cleared. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can sign up here. PayPal lets anyone with an email address to securely, conveniently send payments online.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 15 days from shipping from our warehouse. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, dustbags, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.
